In Fetch, click File then

New Connection.
Host:

ftp.olypen.com

User ID: your OlyPen Username

Password: your OlyPen Password

Directory: your OlyPen username
To add a file click:

 Put File...

To save a file to your MacHD click

Get File..

and follow the onscreen prompts.
Select the file(s) from the directory on your Mac HD and click Open.
Make sure the file name is correct then click OK.

And now the file will be added to your site.
