In Ws_FTP, click Connect.
Profile Name:  OlyPen Homepage

Host Address: ftp.olypen.com

Host Type:  Automatic Detect

User ID:  Your OlyPen Username

Passowrd:  Your OlyPen Password

        

 
These settings can be left as they are.
Only change these settings if you have a firewall.
To upload a file, in the Left hand side window, select the Directory on your Hard Drive where the files are located.

Then highlight the file(s) and click the right arrow in the middle.
