If Windows is having problems detecting
your modem, or you have a Driver Disk or CD-ROM for your modem, place
a check in the "Don't detect my modem; I will
select it from a list" checkbox.
Press
the Next > button.
Select your modem's manufacturer and model here.
If your modem came with a Driver Disk or CD-ROM, click the Have Disk... button.
Select the COM (Communications) port your modem is attached to and
press the Next > button.
